# Terms of Service

> The agreement between you and Nevazu when you use the service.

Last updated: 2026-10-24

## Preamble

These terms apply when you use Nevazu (“the service”, “we”, “us”) at nevazu.com. You accept them by ticking the confirmation box at checkout before your first payment, and again before your next payment after these terms change. If you use the service for an organisation, you accept them on its behalf.

## 1. The service

Nevazu provides cloud-hosted Chrome browsers, each on its own virtual machine with a dedicated IP address and persistent encrypted storage, which you view and control over the internet.

## 2. Your account

- You sign in with codes sent to your email address. Keep access to that mailbox, and to your authenticator app if you turn on two-step verification, secure.
- You are responsible for activity in your account and in your browsers.
- You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, and at least 18.

Sanctions and export controls: you confirm that neither you, nor your organisation, nor anyone you let use the service (including agents acting for you) is (a) located in, organised under the laws of, or ordinarily resident in a country or territory under comprehensive sanctions (at the date of these terms: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, the Crimea region, and the areas of the Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions of Ukraine not controlled by its government), or (b) named on, or owned or controlled by someone named on, a sanctions or restricted-party list of the UK, the European Union, the United Nations or the United States, including the UK Sanctions List, the EU consolidated list, and the US Specially Designated Nationals List and Consolidated Screening List. You must not use the service from, or send its traffic through, such a country or territory, or use it in any way that breaches sanctions or export-control laws that apply to you, to us or to our service providers. Where the law requires it, we suspend or end the service at once.

## 3. Acceptable use

You must not use the service, or let others use it, to:

- break any law, or infringe others’ rights, including intellectual property and privacy rights;
- send spam, phish, distribute malware, or run fraud, including payment or advertising fraud;
- attack, scan or disrupt other systems, or attempt to bypass our security, metering or limits;
- create accounts or browsers at scale to evade limits, or resell access without our written agreement;
- access or interact with third-party websites, apps, APIs or services in a way that breaks the law or unlawfully circumvents their access controls, or in an abusive way that disrupts their systems or services;
- mine cryptocurrency.

We may suspend browsers or accounts that put the service, other users or third parties at risk, and will tell you why unless the law or an investigation prevents it.

A browser keeps its dedicated IP address for life, so you must not do anything that gets the address blocked, listed for abuse or its reputation damaged, for example on spam or threat lists. If that happens because of how a browser was used, we may suspend the browser at once, and end it under section 8 if the breach is serious (its IP address is then released). If you use the service for a business, we may also deduct from your balance, or invoice you for, the reasonable and documented third-party remediation costs it directly caused, such as fees for having the address removed from block lists.

You are responsible for everything done with your account and your browsers, whether by you or by anyone or anything you let use them, including people you share access with and AI agents, MCP clients, scripts or other automation you connect. That includes the sites you visit, the accounts you sign in to, what you access, download, store or send, and every action, decision, commitment, purchase and use of resources that such automation starts. We do not see or control the instructions you give it. To the extent the law allows, and unless our own breach of these terms or our negligence caused it, we are not liable for the clicks, purchases, deletions, agreements or breaches of third-party terms that automation makes on your behalf.

Nevazu provides the browsers as a technical service: we do not choose, direct or watch what is done in them (section 5). To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for illegal or criminal acts that you, anyone you let use your account, or other users carry out with them, unless our own breach of these terms or our negligence caused or contributed to the loss. Whoever carries out such an act is responsible for it and its consequences.

When we learn of possible illegal use, for example from a report or from the authorities, we may suspend the browsers and accounts involved while we look into it, keep the related records, and give information to law enforcement or other authorities where the law requires or allows us to. Ending the service follows section 8. Report abuse to support@nevazu.com.

Your browsers, their computers and their stored data are in the cloud region you choose for each one (for example in Japan, Australia or the United States), so your traffic to and from them crosses borders. You are responsible for making sure that your access and use, and any data you send to or from a browser, comply with the telecommunications, data-security and data-export laws of the place you connect from. Nevazu is cloud infrastructure for running browsers; it is not offered, marketed or licensed as a way around telecommunications licensing or network restrictions that apply where you are.

## 4. Prepaid credit and charges

The service is prepaid. You buy usage credits in advance in US dollars, paying through Stripe, or through Creem acting as our merchant of record (the payment page shows which), subject to a minimum purchase amount shown at checkout (currently $10). Usage is deducted against your balance at the rates shown in the app and on the Pricing page. VAT or sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.

Credits are not money held on deposit, earn no interest, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred, withdrawn, or refunded, except as the Refund Policy describes or where mandatory law requires otherwise. If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU, you may cancel a purchase of credits within 14 days of buying them; we then refund the credits you have not used yet, and usage already metered is not refunded. Rates can change; every action that adds a charge shows the current price first, and rate changes do not apply to usage already metered.

When your available credit reaches zero, browsers stop immediately and are retained for seven days, after which they and their stored data are permanently deleted and their IP addresses released unless you add credit.

## 5. Your content

What you store in or do with your browsers is yours. You give us only the permissions needed to run the service, such as storing and transmitting your browser data. We do not look at the contents of your browsers except when you ask us to for support, or when required by law.

## 6. Availability and data

We work to keep the service available and your data safe, but during the pilot we provide it “as is” without a service level agreement. Cloud capacity can be limited, and a browser may wait for capacity. Keep your own copies of anything important; deleted browsers cannot be recovered.

## 7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss or damage caused by your use of the service in breach of these terms or the law, or by what other users do with it. If you use the service for a business, you will compensate us for claims, fines and reasonable costs, including legal fees, that third parties or authorities bring against us because of that use. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

## 8. Ending the service

You can stop using the service at any time by deleting your browsers and closing your account. If you voluntarily close or delete your account, or request the deletion of your account data, any remaining credit on your balance is immediately forfeited and will not be refunded or transferred. In special cases, for example if you close your account because you do not accept updated terms, you may write to support@nevazu.com to ask for a refund of your remaining prepaid credit; whether a refund is given, and how much, is agreed by email. This does not affect your right to cancel a purchase within 14 days under section 4.

We may suspend or end the service for you at once if you seriously breach these terms, in which case any remaining balance is forfeited.

We may also discontinue the service or close your account for convenience by giving you 30 days’ notice. If we end the service for convenience and without your breach, we will refund any remaining prepaid credit you purchased.

## 9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the app at least 14 days before they take effect. When you make a payment after an update, you will be prompted to accept the updated terms by ticking a confirmation box.

If you do not agree to the updated terms, do not tick the box and stop using the service before the effective date; you may delete your browsers and contact support@nevazu.com to close your account. Remaining credit is forfeited when you close your account, but you may ask by email for a refund, as section 8 describes.

## 10. Governing law and disputes

These terms, and any dispute about them or the service, are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you use the service for a business, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts where those laws allow, including the courts of Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there.

## 11. General

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy and, where it applies, our Data Processing Addendum, are the whole agreement between you and Nevazu about the service. If you use the service as a business to process personal data covered by UK or EU data protection law, our standard Data Processing Addendum (available on request from support@nevazu.com) applies and forms part of this agreement. If a court or authority finds any part of them unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later.
