Refund Policy

Last updated October 24, 2026

Credit is non-refundable, except where the law or this policy says otherwise.

Nevazu is prepaid: you buy credit and usage is deducted per minute. Payments are processed by Stripe, or by Creem as our merchant of record. Before you buy, the Pricing page shows every rate and you choose how much credit to add, so please top up only what you expect to use.

Credit is non-refundable

Credit you buy is not refunded, whether you have used it or not. This includes usage already metered (running time, IP addresses, storage and data sent), credit held for browsers you keep, credit from promotions or given by us as a courtesy, and credit on an account suspended for breaking the Terms of Service.

When we do refund

  • A duplicate or mistaken charge, or a payment that was not credited to your balance.
  • Where the law gives you a right to one. For example, consumers in the EU and the UK may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days; if you do, we refund the credit you have not used yet, and usage already metered is not refunded.
  • If we stop providing the service to you for a reason other than a breach of the Terms of Service, we refund your unused credit.
  • Closing your account forfeits your remaining credit. In special cases, for example if you close it because you do not accept updated Terms of Service, you can write to support@nevazu.com to ask for a refund of your unused paid credit; any refund is agreed by email (Terms of Service section 8).

To ask, write to support@nevazu.com from your sign-in email with the date of the top-up. We answer within three business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

Service problems

If a problem on our side stopped you from using a browser you paid for, tell us. We credit the affected usage back to your balance.

How it affects your balance

A refund takes the refunded amount off your balance. If that leaves too little available credit, paid browsers stop as described in the billing guide.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a payment with your bank. While a dispute is open, the account is on hold.
